Open Studio
An ideal option for those looking for a more relaxed and modern ceramic workspace.
In my studio there are a number of shared workspaces available for those who are familiar with the ceramic process, don't need hands-on instruction and feel confident working independently.
It's a great opportunity to explore your ceramic hobby in the company of other ceramists. The benefit of working with others, is inspiring and stimulating.
The studio
The Studio is equipped – among others – with a large electric kiln, a slab roller, 3 electric pottery wheels, and a myriad of hand-building tools. And for more inspiration, you'll find a wide assortment of magazines and books on ceramics. And in our fully equipped kitchen you can even prepare your own lunch if you like.
Materials such as clay, pigments and glazes are not included, but clay can be purchased for an extra fee. We will take care of the firing so you don’t have to bother with loading and unloading the kiln. You pay a small fee for the bisque and glaze firing.
